CF-31 with Win7x64 - Which driver works with Hotkeys?

I forget, which Video Driver works with the hotkeys under Win7x64? I thought that I had all of them I used last time loaded Win7x64 a Toughbook, but...

I have tried a dozen, and still, no luck. I even tired the one that I see referenced on the CF-30 Win7x64 Wiki, but that failed to work as well.

Any idea?
