CF-19 Drivers install(Microsoft Windows) Guide!

I know much great peoples in forum advise we order a ofical restore ISO to reinstall windows to save so much time and trouble for install the drivers for toughbook. But sometime maybe not the convenient. i find a install guide seem from offical panasonic website:
