Hello to all. My first post and my first Toughbook. It is a gift and had Windows 8.1 loaded when I received it a few days ago. The model is CF-29NQQGFBM.
I am having some challenges locating the proper drivers at Panasonic (or any of the other recommended sites) due to the newer OS. I have no sound. I probably also have no video and no hotkeys?
I have 3 alerts in Device Manager. Properties for each indicate "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)"
