CF-30 touchscreen needs hard push by finger or pen !!!!

hello there
just bought 2nd hand cf-30k tough book ,,
windows 7 x64 installed
bios ver 3.xxx
all drivers seems installed nothing missed
but >>>
when i try to use my finger to touch the screen it seems i need to push too hard o n the screen
also with pen
for sure its not normal !!!
i tried to cali it by fju calib
but the problem still exist
i took another cf-30k ...but the same problem !!!
can anyone tell me what can i do ?
