First time poster here, and new to Toughbooks. I just bought a CF-30FCSACAM with W7 Pro, which I believed to be a touchscreen (judging by sixth digit "C"). In fact the BIOS show it to be a touchscreen, and there appear to be touchscreen items in the Control Panel. But the touchscreen is not working, and the seller says that the unit is not a touchscreen.
Is it indeed a touchscreen? And if so, how would I go about figuring out why the touchscreen is not working? I read several threads...
