help with touchscreen calibration issue- problem running utility

I bought a cf-19 mk6. I had a cf-19 mk2 running windows 7. I downloaded all the drivers from the panasonic website for the cf-19m6 windows 7 32bit and saved them in the hd while still in the mk2, then swapped the caddy/hard drive into the mk6, ran the .exe file to install the new drivers.
I now get the following error when trying to use the touchscreen calibration utililty- this application program is not fully supported under the current type of pc.
