Why no 4G in a CF30?

I've been told that supposedly no 4G WWAN cards are available for CF30's

Is there any particular reason?

Is it a software/driver issue with CF30's?

Is it that the WWAN card needs to be panasonic approved?

Is it a hardware incompatibility?
