I need some help. I recently purchased a CF-19. The number is CF-19KDRL66B. I believe it is a mark 3 and it should have a touch screen. The stylus works fine, but I am unable to get any movement on the touch screen at all. I have it enabled in the settings, but it still will not register any touch to any part of the screen.
