Toughbook CF-31 Does it have GPS and GOBI?

I have recently purchased a used CF-31 Mk2. It was listed as having OEM GPS and GOBI 2000.

I can't see any reference to either of them in BIOS or System Manager.

The model no CF-31Q5AAX1M does not show either of them in the Panasonic configurator.

Would welcome some advice on how to tell whether they are installed.
